NEW BOOK: Made with Love and Plants

Today, for the first time, I am revealing the launch of my new book, Made with Love and Plants.  This has been a long-time dream of mine, and finally the moment has arrived.  I am beyond grateful to every person that has nudged me along, tested my recipes, and supported me through the process and especially to Penguin Random House, who decided to publish this book. 

Made with Love & Plants is jam-packed with over 75 delicious, easy-to-make recipes including gluten free recipes, batch cooks, wholefood plant-based recipes, plants on fire recipes (making the most epic plant-based BBQ), gut health recipes, breakfast yumminess, healthy lunchbox treats and sustainable, edible, homemade gifts!  The recipes have all been chef and mom-tested and are simple to follow, and made with good, wholesome ingredients. 

The book is also a lifestyle guide which supports the transition to a plant-based life.

My hope is that this book inspires people to start their own journey to holistic health and wellness and supports those that are already on one.  The content covers a range of holistic lifestyle tips, the ideal plant-based pantry list and a shopping guide, meal plans and a guide on how to write your own meal plans using the recipes in the book, plant-based cooking on a budget, navigating the supermarket, reading product labels and loads more…

It’s going to be in major bookstores in South Africa in January, and online for pre-sales soon! And then we are going global – in a couple of months Australia, the UK and US will be able to order via Amazon.  I will post all of these links when I have them.

And if you are doing Veganuary in January, even better.  Made with Love & Plants will certainly be a helpful guide.
