Salted Caramel Brick-ette


Raw, Paleo, Vegan

Makes 4 Bricks or about 12-16 squares.

4 layers:
The Base Ingredients

½ cup Almond Meal

¼ cup Walnuts

3 tbsp. Rice Malt Syrup

¼ cup Cacao Powder


Layer 1 Ingredients

¾ cup Almond Meal

1/4 cup Coconut Flour

½ cup Desiccated Coconut

4 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup


Caramel Ingredients

1 cup pitted Dates

1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

2 tbsp. Coconut Milk

2 tbsp. Coconut Butter


Chocolate Ingredients

1/3 cup Coconut Oil

1/3 cup Cacao Powder

1/3 cup Rice Malt Syrup



Line a square or rectangle baking tray or mini loaf pans with baking paper to prevent sticking.

Blend all the base ingredients and press down firmly into the baking tray to make your first layer (about 3-4mm thick) Place in the freezer.

Repeat this process eat time until all layers are complete.

Leave overnight in the freezer before cutting the treats.

Store in the freezer until the sugar monster attacks!

Tastes as good as LINDT!
