The tastiest smoothie you can make, loaded with the yummiest ingredients around. Find your inner child and go wild!

Serves: 1

Prep time: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS

1 cup almond milk
1 banana, frozen, peeled and cut into chunks 1⁄2 cup ice cubes
3 dates, pitted
1⁄4 cup raw almonds
1⁄4 cup rolled oats
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon 1⁄4 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp hemp seeds,
1 tsp psyllium husk,
1 Tbsp plant-based protein powder,
1 tsp maca root powder (all optional)

Toppings

1 Tbsp shredded coconut
1 tsp cacao nibs
1 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 Tbsp crushed macadamia nuts

METHOD

Pour the almond milk into the jar of a blender (liquid at the bottom makes it easier to blend). Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Transfer to a jar or glass and sprinkle with your choice of toppings (one, some or all), then devour.
