Inspiring Brekkies. Vegan Bircher muesli done right!!

Throw out the boxes of processed cereals loaded with refined sugars and give this recipe a go instead!  Your tummy and body will love you!  Not only will you feel fuller for longer, you will be getting a nutrient packed breakfast filled with fibre too.  And, the good news is there is hardly any prep work – no cooking needed! The magic happens while you are asleep!  That’s why I love it 🙂

Bircher Muesli Ingredients

1 cups (180g) Whole Rolled Oats

1 Apple grated

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1 cup Almond Milk

1 cup Coconut Yoghurt

3 tbsp of mixed raw crushed nuts

2 tbsp Maple Syrup

1 tbsp macadamia nut butter

Squeeze of orange (optional)

Top with raw seeds, nuts, fresh fruits.

Method 

Combine all ingredients for the bircher muesli in a bowl or resealable jar.  Put into the fridge overnight. This muesli will last a few days if sealed.

When ready to serve, top with your favs. Serve in the jar or on a plate.
